Travel Med Surg RN in Englewood, CO

A Travel Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse will provide bedside care on a med surg unit in a hospital on a 13-week contract in Englewood, Colorado. The unit has 40 beds, uses Meditech, and typically staffs 1:6 ratios with telemetry monitoring.

• Provide direct medical-surgical nursing care
• Monitor telemetry and patient status
• Administer ordered therapies, including heparin drips
• Perform wound care and support wound vac use
• Complete CIWA assessments and document findings
• Collaborate with charge nurses, PCTs, and the care team

• Colorado Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• One year of current hospital Med/Surg experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

• Experience caring for 6 or more patients
• Strong time management
