Travel Med Surg RN in Chester, SC

A Travel Medical Surgical Registered Nurse will provide care for adult and geriatric patients in an acute care hospital in Chester, South Carolina on a 13-week contract. The unit uses Epic and serves a med-surg patient population.

• Assess adult and geriatric med-surg patients
• Administer medications and carry out nursing treatments
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition
• Coordinate care with providers and the interdisciplinary team
• Document assessments, interventions, and progress in Epic
• Support admissions, transfers, and discharges on the unit

• South Carolina Registered Nurse license or compact license in hand before start
• Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
• 2 years of medical-surgical experience
• Epic charting experience
• Prior travel nursing experience

• Telemetry experience
