Travel Med Surg RN in Chattanooga, TN

A Travel Med Surg Registered Nurse will provide medical-surgical care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The unit uses Meditech, has 5-6:1 patient ratios, and has support from 1 patient care technician.

• Assess medical-surgical patients and report changes in condition
• Administer ordered medications and ongoing treatments
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
• Document patient care in Meditech
• Support mobility, recovery, and discharge teaching
• Maintain a safe, organized patient care environment

• Current Tennessee Registered Nurse license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
