Travel Med Surg RN in Chattanooga, TN

A Travel Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse will care for orthopedic and spine patients in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The 26-bed unit uses a 6:1 ratio and Meditech.

• Provide nursing care for orthopedic and spine patients
• Monitor recovery after knee and hip replacements
• Support care for multi-level spine surgery patients
• Document assessments, treatments, and responses in Meditech
• Collaborate with PCTs, the secretary, and navigator support
• Promote safety, mobility, and patient education

• Tennessee Registered Nurse license
• Strong orthopedic and spine nursing background
• Compassionate patient care and teamwork
• Inpatient postoperative nursing skills
