Travel Med Surg RN in Augusta, GA

A Travel Med Surg Registered Nurse will provide care for adult patients in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Augusta, Georgia. The unit has 40 beds, uses Meditech, and works with a 1:7 patient ratio.

• Assess patients and update care plans
• Administer medications and support daily treatment needs
• Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in condition
• Assist with EKGs, glucose checks, and venipuncture
• Document care accurately in Meditech
• Coordinate with nursing staff, techs, and the unit coordinator

• Current Georgia Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• 1+ year of hospital med-surg experience
