Travel Med Surg RN in Atlanta, GA

A Travel Medical Surgical Registered Nurse will provide inpatient care on an acute GI medicine unit in Atlanta, Georgia, for a 13-week contract. The setting is an acute care hospital serving GI medicine patients.

• Assess and monitor medical-surgical patients
• Administer medications and intravenous therapies
• Coordinate care plans with the care team
• Document nursing care and patient responses
• Assist with GI-related treatments and procedures
• Educate patients and families on recovery and self-care

• Active Georgia Registered Nurse license
• AHA BLS certification
• NIH certification
• 2 years of recent medical-surgical nursing experience

• AHA ACLS certification
