Travel Med Surg RN in Atlanta, GA

A Travel Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse will care for surgical patients in an acute surgery unit on a 16-week contract in Atlanta, Georgia. The setting treats general, colorectal, bariatric, and plastic surgery cases in an acute care hospital.

• Assess postoperative patients and track recovery
• Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition
• Administer medications and IV therapies as ordered
• Coordinate care with surgeons and the care team
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• Educate patients and families on recovery and discharge needs

• Active Registered Nurse license in Georgia
• AHA BLS certification
• 2 years of recent medical-surgical experience
