Travel Maternal-Newborn RN in Cumming, GA

A Travel Mother Baby Registered Nurse will provide postpartum and newborn care in an acute care hospital for a 16-week contract in Cumming, Georgia. The unit serves mothers and infants in a 40-bed setting with about 4,000 deliveries each year.

• Provide postpartum and newborn nursing care for mothers and infants
• Assess vital signs and post-delivery changes
• Monitor maternal recovery and infant status throughout care
• Support feeding, bonding, and discharge teaching
• Administer medications and routine nursing treatments
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with the care team on individualized patient plans

• Georgia Registered Nurse license
• 2 years of recent Mother Baby experience
• AHA BLS certification
• NRP certification
