Travel Manager RN in Gunnison, CO

A Travel Obstetrics Registered Nurse Manager will supervise patient care, nursing staff, and obstetrics operations in a hospital unit on a 13-week contract in Gunnison, Colorado. The role supports leadership, staff development, resource management, and quality improvement in a rural obstetrics setting.

• Supervise patient care and nursing staff in the obstetrics unit
• Support bedside nursing care when needed
• Collaborate with leadership on clinical operations
• Coordinate staff development and coaching
• Manage resources and daily unit priorities
• Lead quality improvement efforts and care standards

• Active Registered Nurse license in Colorado or a compact state
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• 5 years of nursing experience
• Leadership experience within the last 2 years
• ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, and NRP

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
