A Travel Nurse Lead Registered Nurse will provide unit-based leadership in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in San Luis Obispo, California.

• Direct assigned nursing and ancillary staff activities
• Collaborate with unit leaders and physicians
• Oversee patient care delivery on the unit
• Promote patient safety and positive outcomes
• Assess patient experience and identify improvement needs
• Apply independent judgment in daily unit decisions

• Current California Registered Nurse license
• Graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse program
• Clinical leadership, delegation, and communication skills
