A Travel Nurse Lead Registered Nurse will coordinate patient care, support team workflows, and promote a safe healing environment in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in San Luis Obispo, California.

• Collect relevant patient data and assess care needs
• Develop and update care plans to support outcomes
• Implement interventions and coordinate care delivery
• Collaborate with patients, families, and the care team
• Provide education to patients, families, and team members
• Participate in discharge planning for continuity of care
• Delegate duties and coordinate team member responsibilities

• Current California Registered Nurse license
• Experience with patient assessment, care planning, and care coordination
• Strong collaboration, delegation, and patient education skills
