Travel Mammography Tech in Seattle, WA

A Travel Mammography Technologist will perform breast imaging in an outpatient unit on a 13-week contract in Seattle, Washington. The unit serves adults and geriatrics, with about 60 visits per day in a 2-room setting.

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammography studies
• Position patients and obtain quality breast images
• Support digital and 3-D mammography workflows
• Maintain radiation safety and universal precautions
• Prepare patients and explain imaging procedures
• Document studies accurately in Epic
• Collaborate with radiology staff and interpretation services

• ARRT M and ARRT R credentials
• Washington Radiological Technologist license
• 2 years of mammography experience
• 40 hours of initial mammography training, including digital and DBT training
• 200 mammography exams in the previous year
• 15 mammography-specific CME hours in the last 36 months
• Epic charting system experience
• Management and lead experience

• Stereotactic biopsy experience
• Breast ultrasound experience
