Travel Mammography Tech in Santa Rosa, CA

A Travel Mammography Technologist will provide breast imaging support in an acute care hospital unit on a 13-week contract in Santa Rosa, California. The unit serves adults and geriatrics with about 20 visits per day in a two-room outpatient setting. First-time travelers with relevant experience are welcome.

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammography exams
• Assist with 3-D mammography and digital imaging workflows
• Position patients and explain procedures clearly
• Maintain radiation safety and universal precautions
• Support image quality review and documentation
• Coordinate with radiology staff for daily patient flow

• ARRT R certification
• BLS certification
• Active California state license
• 1 year of mammography experience
• Experience with screening, diagnostic, digital and 3-D mammography

• ARRT M certification
• Breast biopsy and localization experience
• Charting system experience
