Travel Mammography Tech in Boston, MA

A Travel Mammography Technologist will perform breast imaging in an acute care hospital in Boston, Massachusetts on a 26-week contract. The unit uses EPIC EMR and McKesson PACS, and the work centers on screening and diagnostic mammography with breast ultrasound support in a fast-paced setting.

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms
• Assist with mammography-guided procedures
• Support breast ultrasound imaging workflows
• Prepare patients and explain imaging steps
• Maintain image quality and accurate records
• Coordinate workflow in a fast-paced unit

• Massachusetts mammography certification
• ARRT certification
• BLS-AHA certification
• Breast ultrasound or breast sonography certification
• 3 to 5 years of diagnostic breast experience in an imaging center
• 1 year of McKesson PACS and EPIC EMR experience
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced imaging setting

• Upright stereotactic biopsy experience
• Prone table biopsy experience
