Travel Mammography Tech in Boston, MA

A Travel Mammography Technologist will perform breast imaging in an acute care hospital on a 26-week contract in Boston, Massachusetts. The role supports screening and diagnostic mammograms, mammogram-guided procedures, and breast ultrasound in a fast-paced breast imaging unit using EPIC EMR and McKesson PACS.

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms
• Assist with mammogram-guided procedures
• Support breast ultrasound imaging workflows
• Position patients and acquire quality breast images
• Document studies in EPIC and McKesson PACS
• Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced breast imaging unit

• Massachusetts mammography certification
• ARRT certification
• BLS-AHA certification
• ARRT or ARDMS breast ultrasound or breast sonography certification
• 3 to 5 years of diagnostic breast experience at an imaging center
• 1 year of McKesson PACS and EPIC EMR experience

• Upright stereotactic biopsy experience
• Prone table biopsy experience
