Travel LPN in Wray, CO

A Travel Licensed Practical Nurse will support specialty clinic patients in Wray, Colorado on a 13-week contract. The role serves cardiology, urology, gynecology, oncology, ENT, ophthalmology, allergy/asthma, and neurology clinics.

• Support patient intake and rooming in the clinic setting
• Collect vital signs and gather visit information
• Assist providers with examinations and procedures
• Administer ordered treatments and medications within scope
• Document care and patient responses accurately
• Coordinate patient education and follow-up needs

• CO Licensed Practical Nurse license
• Basic Life Support certification
