Travel LPN in Tarzana, CA

A Travel Licensed Practical Nurse will support outpatient urology and women's health care in Tarzana, California on a 13-week contract. The role uses Epic charting in an acute care hospital setting with outpatient visits.

• Assist with urology and women's health clinic visits
• Provide catheter placement and urinary care
• Support urodynamics, cystoscopy, and pelvic exam workflows
• Collect specimens and prepare lab work
• Perform vital sign checks, medication reconciliation, and patient teaching
• Start and maintain IV access and draw blood as needed
• Document care in Epic and communicate clinic needs

• Active California Licensed Vocational Nurse license
• Basic Life Support certification
• 2 years of outpatient experience
• Epic charting system experience
• IV and blood draw certification

• Urology or women's health experience
• Home health, LTAC, or skilled nursing background
• Aseptic tray setup and TURP patient care
• Pressure ulcer prevention and wound care
