Travel LPN in San Antonio, TX

A Travel Licensed Practical Nurse will provide direct patient care on a medical unit in San Antonio, Texas for a 13-week contract. The unit has 32 beds and uses Meditech, with typical ratios of 1:5 or 1:6.

• Provide routine nursing care on a medical unit
• Monitor vital signs and patient status
• Administer ordered medications and treatments
• Document care and updates in Meditech
• Support IV therapy and use of IV pumps
• Work with the charge nurse and care team

• Texas Licensed Practical Nurse license
• BLS certification
• Meditech experience
• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program

• Hourly rounding
