A Travel Licensed Practical Nurse will support residents in a long-term care unit on a 13-week contract in New Lisbon, Wisconsin. The role handles medication administration, change-in-condition reporting, and communication with nursing staff and families.

• Administer medications using the 5 Rights
• Report changes in resident condition to the charge nurse
• Notify physicians and family members of status changes
• Assist CNAs with call lights and resident care tasks
• Report abuse, neglect, and misappropriation concerns
• Carry out other assigned nursing duties

• Active Wisconsin Licensed Practical Nurse license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
