Travel LPN in Largo, FL

A Travel Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse will provide skilled home visits in Largo, Florida for a 20-week contract. Adults and geriatrics receive skilled care for general medical and high-risk diagnoses. Visits are typically 6 to 8 per day.

• Assess adults and geriatrics during home visits
• Provide wound care, compression dressings, and wound vac support
• Manage IV therapy, PICC or Midline care, and port access
• Perform Foley catheter care and removal
• Collect labs, obtain glucose readings, and run pro-time checks
• Administer SQ and IM injections and support post-op care

• Florida Licensed Practical Nurse license
• IV certification and BLS certification
• 1 year of skilled home health experience with OASIS training and experience
• Infusion experience and recent patient care experience within the last 3 months
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Skills in wound care, phlebotomy, Foley catheter care, and SQ/IM injections
