Travel LPN in Clinton, SC

A Travel Telemetry Licensed Practical Nurse will provide care for adults and geriatrics in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Clinton, South Carolina. The 39-bed unit averages 32 patients and supports cardiac and multisystem care. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Monitor telemetry and report cardiac changes
• Support care for adults with cardiac and multisystem conditions
• Administer ordered medications and assist with IV therapies
• Perform blood glucose checks and vital sign monitoring
• Provide ostomy care and feeding tube management
• Maintain isolation precautions and safe PPE use
• Coordinate care with therapy, pharmacy, radiology, and other support services

• South Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse license
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
• 2 years of telemetry or medical-surgical experience
• Blood glucose monitoring, vital sign monitoring, ostomy care, and feeding tube management
• Isolation precautions and PPE use
• Experience caring for 5-patient assignments
