Travel Long Term Acute Care RN in Indianapolis, IN

A Travel Long Term Acute Care Registered Nurse will provide bedside care in a telemetry-focused long-term acute care hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana on a 13-week contract. The unit serves chronic patients who need ongoing monitoring and complex support.

• Monitor telemetry and report rhythm changes
• Assess chronic and medically complex patients
• Provide ventilator and tracheostomy care
• Administer medications and ordered treatments
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
• Document findings, interventions, and response
• Delegate and supervise assigned personnel

• Indiana or multistate compact Registered Nurse license
• ACLS and BLS through the American Heart Association
• 2 years recent Tele/LTAC experience in a hospital setting
• Ventilator and tracheostomy experience
