Travel Long Term Acute Care RN in Dayton, OH

A Travel Long Term Acute Care Registered Nurse will care for complex patients in a long-term acute care hospital on the chronic unit in Dayton, Ohio, for a 6-week contract. The role supports telemetry monitoring and ventilator and tracheostomy care.

• Assess and plan nursing care for medically complex patients
• Monitor telemetry and respond to changes in condition
• Provide ventilator and tracheostomy care
• Administer medications and ordered treatments
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• Collaborate with the care team and delegate assigned tasks

• Ohio Registered Nurse license or multistate Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• ACLS certification through the American Heart Association
• LTAC hospital experience
• Ventilator and tracheostomy care experience
