Travel Labor and Delivery RN in Seneca, SC

A Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will provide care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Seneca, South Carolina. The 15-bed LDRP unit uses Epic charting and cares for labor, preterm labor, preeclampsia, fetal demise, and gynecologic surgery patients.

• Provide labor and delivery care for patients in active labor and preterm labor
• Assist with inductions, magnesium therapy, and fetal demise care
• Support nursery care, couplet care, and neonatal assessments
• Perform circulator duties and OB triage support
• Complete hearing screenings and newborn care tasks
• Care for gynecologic surgery patients and respond to changing maternal and newborn needs

• South Carolina Registered Nurse license
• ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, and NRP
• 2 years of labor and delivery experience
• 1 year of Epic experience
• Experience managing 1:2 patient ratios
• Lactation, STABLE, and arrhythmia competency

• Charge nurse experience
• Teaching hospital experience
• Community hospital experience
