Travel Labor and Delivery RN in Los Angeles, CA

A Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will support laboring and postpartum patients in an acute care hospital labor and delivery unit on a 13-week contract in Los Angeles, California. The setting serves a high-volume birth population in a busy hospital environment.

• Monitor maternal and fetal status during labor and recovery
• Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries
• Administer medications and support clinical interventions
• Coordinate care with physicians, anesthesia, and newborn staff
• Educate patients on labor, delivery, and postpartum care
• Respond to changes in patient condition and emergencies

• California Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certification
• AWHONN Advanced and AWHONN Intermediate certification
• 3 years of Labor and Delivery experience

• FHM experience
• C-EFM certification
• Antepartum, high-risk antepartum, LDRP, Level I Nursery, or Mother/Baby experience
