Travel Labor and Delivery RN in Seattle, WA

A Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will care for laboring patients and newborns in an acute care hospital on a 26-week contract in Seattle, Washington. The unit handles high-risk, high-volume deliveries, uses Epic charting, and supports electronic fetal monitoring and newborn care.

• Circulate for cesarean births
• Provide baby nurse care during delivery and newborn transfer
• Monitor fetal heart patterns and labor progress
• Support high-risk vaginal and operative deliveries
• Perform newborn assessments and thermoregulation support
• Administer ordered obstetric medications and interventions

• Washington Registered Nurse license
• BLS and NRP
• 1 year of labor and delivery experience
• High-risk labor and delivery experience
• Epic charting experience

• ACLS and AWHONN Advanced
• Antepartum and mother/baby experience
• Obstetric triage and IV start skills
• High-volume birth setting experience and nitrous oxide familiarity
