Travel Labor and Delivery RN in Santa Monica, CA

A Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will provide maternal, fetal, and newborn care in a hospital for a 16-week contract in Santa Monica, California. The unit includes antepartum, labor, and triage areas and uses Epic charting. It supports fetal heart and high-risk pregnancy monitoring, cesarean delivery, and vaginal births.

• Monitor maternal and fetal status during labor and recovery
• Assist with antepartum, triage, and labor assessments
• Support vaginal deliveries and cesarean procedures
• Prepare patients and rooms for obstetric procedures
• Document care and patient response in Epic
• Educate patients and families on labor and newborn care

• California Registered Nurse license
• 2 years of labor and delivery experience
• ACLS, BLS, NRP, and fetal heart monitoring certification
• AWHONN Advanced or NCC EFM
• Epic charting experience
• Community hospital experience
