Travel Labor and Delivery RN in Nashville, TN

A Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will care for laboring patients in a hospital labor and delivery unit on a 13-week contract in Nashville, Tennessee. The unit has 12 beds, 1:2 ratios, and uses CPN and Meditech.

• Monitor laboring patients and support safe labor management
• Assist with vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections
• Provide immediate care for newborns after delivery
• Circulate and recover patients after cesarean sections
• Assist with procedures such as D&C, cerclage, epidural anesthesia, and tub labor
• Collaborate with the RN team, unit secretary, and OR techs
• Document patient care accurately in the charting system

• Active Tennessee Registered Nurse license
• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program
• 2 years of labor and delivery experience
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP
• AWHONN Intermediate or CEFM
