Travel Labor and Delivery RN in Nashville, TN

A Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will care for laboring patients and newborns in a hospital unit on a 13-week contract in Nashville, Tennessee. The unit has 12 beds, uses CPN and Meditech, and maintains a 1:2 ratio. It serves labor and delivery patients and newborns.

• Monitor maternal and fetal status during labor
• Provide immediate care to newborns after delivery
• Assist with vaginal births and cesarean deliveries
• Circulate and recover cesarean patients
• Support D and C, cerclage, epidural anesthesia, and tub labor
• Collaborate with RNs, a unit secretary, and techs

• Tennessee Registered Nurse license
• 2 years of labor and delivery experience
• BLS
• ACLS
• NRP
• AWHONN Intermediate or CEFM
