Travel Labor and Delivery RN in Nashville, TN

A Travel High Risk OB Registered Nurse will care for high-risk obstetric patients in a hospital unit on a 13-week contract in Nashville, Tennessee. The unit uses Connect and Expanse charting and manages high-risk antepartum, labor and delivery, and gynecologic patients with ratios from 1:1 to 6:1.

• Monitor high-risk antepartum patients and respond to changes in condition
• Circulate cesarean deliveries and support operative birth care
• Assist with labor, vaginal deliveries, and postpartum transition
• Administer and titrate magnesium drips per unit practice
• Provide bereavement care with sensitive family support
• Document assessments, interventions, and fetal status in charting systems

• Tennessee Registered Nurse license
• ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN certifications
• High risk antepartum experience
• Labor and delivery experience
• Cesarean circulation and magnesium drip experience
