Travel Labor and Delivery RN in Napa, CA

A Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will support labor, delivery, and postpartum care in a hospital labor and delivery unit on a 26-week contract in Napa, California. The unit uses Epic and cares for adults with a daily census around 10. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Support labor, delivery, and postpartum care
• Monitor fetal status and maternal progress
• Assist with vaginal deliveries and cesarean care
• Perform sterile vaginal exams and triage assessments
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and blood products
• Provide newborn assessment, teaching, and discharge support

• California Registered Nurse license
• 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate
• Epic charting system experience
• Skills in fetal monitoring and obstetric triage

• AWHONN Advanced
• Amnioinfusion and IUPC placement and calibration
• Community-level labor and delivery experience
• D&C and OCT support
