Travel Labor and Delivery RN in Hartford, CT

A Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will provide maternal and newborn care in a hospital labor and delivery unit on a 13-week contract in Hartford, Connecticut. The role supports labor support, fetal monitoring, delivery care, and postpartum recovery.

• Assess laboring patients and document maternal and fetal status
• Monitor contractions, fetal patterns, and labor progress
• Assist with vaginal deliveries and cesarean care
• Administer medications, fluids, and routine treatments
• Support newborn stabilization and postpartum recovery
• Communicate changes in condition to the care team

• Connecticut Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
• Completion of an accredited nursing program
• Fetal heart monitoring competency
• Strong maternal-newborn assessment and communication skills
