Travel Labor and Delivery RN in Grants, NM

A Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will provide perinatal care in a hospital labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum setting on a 13-week contract in Grants, New Mexico. The role supports labor, delivery, newborn assessment, and postpartum care in a critical access hospital.

• Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
• Provide labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn care
• Support patient and family education throughout the birth process
• Document care accurately in the electronic health record
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team
• Maintain sterile technique and a safe clinical environment
• Assist with quality improvement and patient safety efforts

• Current New Mexico Registered Nurse license or active multistate compact license
• Basic Life Support, ACLS, NRP, and Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certifications
• Associate Degree in Nursing
• OPS Emergency Workshop and STABLE certification after hire
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• SAFER NM Technician certification
