Travel Labor and Delivery RN in Dickson, TN

A Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will provide maternal and newborn care in a hospital unit in Dickson, Tennessee on an 8-week contract. The LDRP setting includes OBED and NICU space, with Meditech and CPN charting. Experienced nurses are a resource on the unit.

• Monitor laboring patients and support inductions
• Assist with newborn transition, assessment, and couplet care
• Support fetal monitoring and respond to OB emergencies
• Assist with C-sections and operative vaginal deliveries
• Provide postpartum care and patient education
• Document maternal and newborn care in Meditech and CPN

• Tennessee Registered Nurse license
• BLS
• NRP
• Fetal monitoring training
• Labor and delivery experience
• Experience with inductions using Pitocin and cervidil

• Shoulder dystocia response
• Postpartum hemorrhage management
• Obstetric emergency experience
