Travel Labor and Delivery RN in Dickson, TN

A Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will provide labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn care in a hospital in Dickson, Tennessee on a 13-week contract. The unit supports LDRP care, newborn transition, and NICU collaboration, with Meditech and CPN charting. It is a Level II trauma and Level II NICU setting with an experienced team.

• Monitor laboring patients and respond to changes in maternal and fetal status
• Assist with vaginal births, cesarean deliveries, inductions, and postpartum recovery
• Receive, assess, and transition newborns after delivery
• Support fetal monitoring, intrauterine monitoring, and charting
• Assist with OB emergencies such as shoulder dystocia and hemorrhage
• Provide couplet care and help stabilize newborns with NICU support

• Active Tennessee Registered Nurse license
• BLS, NRP, and fetal monitoring training
• Labor and delivery experience with maternal recovery, newborn transition, and assessment
• Experience with fetal monitoring and induction management

• Shoulder dystocia response
• Postpartum hemorrhage management
• Other OB emergency experience
