Travel Labor and Delivery RN in Dickson, TN

A Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will provide labor, delivery, and newborn transition care in a hospital unit on a 12-week contract in Dickson, Tennessee. The unit uses Meditech and CPN charting, with labor, postpartum, OBED, and NICU care supported by experienced nurses and preceptors.

• Monitor maternal and fetal status during labor and recovery
• Provide care for mothers and newborns through delivery and transition
• Assist with inductions and obstetric emergencies
• Support C-sections, circumcisions, and assisted deliveries
• Document assessments and care in Meditech and CPN
• Collaborate with the team on couplet care and newborn stabilization

• Tennessee Registered Nurse license
• BLS, NRP, and fetal monitoring training
• Labor and delivery experience
• Ability to labor and recover mothers and transition newborns
• Experience with fetal monitoring and obstetric emergencies

• Experience with shoulder dystocia
• Experience with postpartum hemorrhage
• Experience with Pitocin and cervidil inductions
