Travel Interventional Radiology Tech in Boston, MA

A Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist will assist with interventional procedures in an acute care hospital on a 26-week contract in Boston, Massachusetts. The unit supports neuro and CT-related cases and uses GE and Siemens imaging systems.

• Prepare procedure rooms and imaging equipment for interventional cases
• Assist with scrub and circulator duties during IR procedures
• Support neuro, CT and angiographic procedures, including thrombectomy, TIPS and angioplasty cases
• Maintain sterile technique and patient safety throughout procedures
• Monitor supplies and coordinate case flow for the unit
• Document procedure details and patient care information

• Vocational or technical training in Radiologic Technology
• Massachusetts Radiology License
• ARRT registration
• BLS certification
• Neuro or CT training in interventional radiology
• Scrub and circulator experience with GE and Siemens imaging systems

• Extensive thrombectomy device knowledge for PE and stroke cases
• Experience with TIPS and angioplasty procedures
