Travel Interventional Radiology Tech in Florence, SC

A Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist will support general interventional radiology procedures in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Florence, South Carolina. The unit serves adults and geriatric patients, uses Epic, and averages 4 cases per tech. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Prepare the interventional suite and supplies
• Assist with general IR and interventional CT/US procedures
• Monitor patients during procedures and related radiology care
• Maintain sterile technique, isolation precautions, and PPE
• Support lead technologist workflow and case throughput
• Document care and procedure details in Epic

• ARRT radiography certification
• BLS certification
• South Carolina radiology quality standards certification
• 1 year of interventional radiology experience
• Lead technologist experience
• Sterile technique and isolation precautions/PPE

• Neuro IR experience
