Travel Intermediate Care RN in Hannibal, MO

A Travel Step Down Registered Nurse will care for intermediate acuity patients in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Hannibal, Missouri. The unit has a 1:3 ratio, uses EPIC, and welcomes first-time travelers.

• Monitor stepdown patients and respond to changes in condition
• Manage cardiac drips and other ordered infusions
• Provide care for patients using BiPAP and Airvo
• Assist with thoracentesis and paracentesis care
• Care for isolation patients, including those with COVID
• Support charge duties and collaborate with the care team

• Missouri Registered Nurse license or compact license
• ACLS and BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• 1-2 years of stepdown or intermediate care experience
• Comfort with cardiac drips and respiratory support
