Travel Infusion RN in Hartford, CT

A Travel Infusion Registered Nurse will provide infusion nursing care in an oncology unit on a 13-week contract in Hartford, Connecticut. The role supports patients receiving chemotherapy, biotherapy, and other infusion therapies in a hospital setting.

• Assess patients before infusion and during treatment
• Verify orders, labs, and treatment readiness
• Start and maintain IV access and infusion lines
• Administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, and supportive therapies
• Monitor for reactions and respond to changes
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans
• Document care and coordinate with the oncology team

• Connecticut Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Strong IV therapy and patient education skills
