Travel ICU RN in Tulare, CA

A Travel Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse will provide coordinated nursing care in an acute care hospital on a 13 week contract in Tulare, California. The role supports critically ill patients, works with the care team, and uses critical thinking and independent judgment.

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned critical care patients using the nursing process
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians and other disciplines to coordinate care
• Supervise and direct assigned nursing staff as needed
• Perform assessments, interventions, and ongoing patient documentation
• Apply critical thinking in complex patient care situations

• Current California Registered Nurse license
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Critical care assessment and prioritization skills
• Ability to coordinate care and work with interdisciplinary teams
