Travel ICU RN in Fort Defiance, AZ

A Travel Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care across ICU, emergency and medical-surgical/pediatrics settings in a hospital setting on a 13-week contract in Fort Defiance, Arizona.

• Provide direct nursing care for ICU, emergency and medical-surgical/pediatric patients
• Monitor vital signs, neurologic status and overall condition for acute changes
• Administer medications, IV therapies and ordered treatments
• Coordinate care with providers and the interdisciplinary team
• Document assessments, interventions and patient responses
• Assist with admissions, transfers and discharge teaching

• Active Arizona Registered Nurse license
• ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS and TNCC certifications
• 3 plus years of experience in Emergency, Medical-Surgical/Pediatrics and Intensive Critical Care
