Travel ICU RN in Englewood, CO

A Travel ICU Registered Nurse will care for critically ill patients in an acute care hospital ICU/CCU in Englewood, Colorado on a 13-week contract. The 16-bed unit uses Meditech and commonly staffs patients at a 1:2 ratio. Cardiac monitoring, ventilators, IV pumps, and tube feed pumps are part of the unit’s equipment.

• Monitor critically ill patients and respond to changes in condition
• Provide nursing care for cardiac and neuro patients in the ICU/CCU
• Manage ventilated patients and other advanced monitoring needs
• Administer IV therapies and support tube feeding as ordered
• Assist with intubations and central line placement
• Document assessments, interventions, and care plans in Meditech

• Active Colorado Registered Nurse license
• ACLS, BLS, and NIH
• Minimum 1-year current ICU hospital experience

• Medical ICU experience
• Neuro patient population experience
• Meditech experience
