Travel ICU RN in Aurora, CO

A Travel Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse will provide critical care for mixed ICU patients in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Aurora, Colorado. The unit cares for medical, surgical, cardiac, and neurosurgery patients, including post-operative open-heart and ECMO cases, and uses Meditech charting.

• Monitor critically ill patients and respond to changes in condition
• Titrate drips and support advanced hemodynamic care
• Assist with bronchoscopy, GI scopes, and line insertions
• Manage airway care and ventilator support
• Support ECMO, IABP, Impella, and CRRT therapies
• Document care and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team

• Colorado Registered Nurse license
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certification
• 1 year of current ICU hospital experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

• Meditech experience
• CVICU or CTICU experience
