Travel ICU RN in Des Moines, IA

A Travel ICU Registered Nurse will provide critical care in an acute care hospital in Des Moines, Iowa for a 26-week contract. The role supports adult ICU patients in a high-acuity setting.

• Monitor hemodynamic status and respond to changes in condition
• Administer medications and titrate therapies as ordered
• Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• Assist with ventilator support and other ICU equipment as needed
• Provide education and support to patients and families

• Current Iowa Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• Graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse program
• Core ICU nursing skills

• TNCC certification
