Travel ICU RN in Chattanooga, TN

A Travel ICU Registered Nurse will care for critically ill patients in a hospital ICU on a 13-week contract in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The 9-bed unit commonly sees 2:1 and 3:1 ratios and uses Meditech charting. The hospital has stroke designation and uses ventilators and IV pumps in care.

• Monitor critically ill patients and respond to changes in condition
• Titrate IV drips and manage ventilated patients
• Track hemodynamics, arterial lines, and central access
• Assist with intubation and line insertions as needed
• Document care accurately in the charting system
• Communicate patient status and collaborate with the care team

• Tennessee Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• More than 2 years of ICU experience
• Ventilator management, IV drip titration, and arterial line management skills
• Teamwork skills
