Travel Float RN in West Hollywood, CA

A Travel Medical Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse will care for adult medical and surgical patients in a hospital unit in West Hollywood, California, on a 13-week contract. The unit uses Epic charting and supports telemetry monitoring with broad clinical backup. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Monitor adult telemetry and medical-surgical patients
• Assess rhythm changes and other acute clinical status changes
• Administer IV medications, blood products, and insulin protocols
• Manage central and peripheral lines, ports, and PICCs
• Provide care for surgical, neurologic, renal, and complex adult diagnoses
• Coordinate with respiratory, rapid response, and therapy teams

• Active California Registered Nurse license
• ACLS and BLS
• 2 years of medical-surgical telemetry experience
• 3 years of experience in a 400-bed or larger facility for first-time travelers

• Epic charting system experience
• Cardiac telemetry and stepdown experience
