Travel ED RN in Virginia

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide emergency care in a hospital emergency department on a 13-week contract in Richmond, Virginia. The unit has 25 beds, typical ratios of 4:1 and surge ratios up to 5:1, and charting uses Meditech Expanse.

• Triage emergency patients and prioritize care
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes
• Administer medications and ordered therapies
• Assist with emergency department procedures and interventions
• Collaborate with providers and support staff
• Document assessments, treatments, and outcomes

• Virginia Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, ENPC, TNCC, and CPI certifications
• Emergency department competencies and strong clinical judgment
