About this job

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide coordinated nursing care in a critical access hospital emergency department for a 13-week contract in Tillamook, Oregon.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver coordinated emergency nursing care in urgent situations
  • Assess patient needs and prioritize treatment interventions
  • Administer medications and ordered therapies safely
  • Monitor patient status and document care clearly
  • Coordinate care with physicians and other disciplines
  • Supervise assigned nursing staff as needed
  • Use critical thinking and independent judgment

Qualifications

  • Oregon Registered Nurse license
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Strong emergency nursing assessment skills
  • Safe medication administration practices
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
