Travel ED RN in Newport, OR

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide care in a critical access hospital Emergency Department on a 13-week contract in Newport, Oregon. The unit serves non-critical to emergent medical and urgent mental health patients, including children, and accepts walk-ins and emergency arrivals.

• Assess and prioritize patients with urgent and emergent needs
• Deliver bedside care for cardiac and trauma patients
• Support care for pediatric and mental health patients
• Assist with emergency transport arrivals and walk-in visits
• Coordinate with the care team during rapid changes in patient condition
• Document assessments, treatments, and patient responses

• Current unencumbered Oregon Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• TNCC certification
• PALS certification
• 1 year of Emergency Department nursing experience
