Travel ED RN in Tehachapi, CA

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will deliver coordinated nursing care in a critical access hospital on a 13-week contract in Tehachapi, California. The role supports patients in the emergency department, coordinates with other disciplines, and uses the nursing process and independent judgment to guide care.

• Assess and prioritize patients in the emergency department
• Deliver nursing interventions, medications, and ordered treatments
• Monitor patient condition and respond to changes in status
• Coordinate care with providers and other disciplines
• Supervise and direct assigned nursing staff as needed
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses

• California Registered Nurse license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Strong assessment, prioritization, and teamwork skills
